Terms and conditions for your booking
What you're buying, what it costs, what's extra and what happens if something changes. Written to be read in five minutes before you press «Book».
1. Operator
The Sacred Valley tour offered on vallesagradovipcusco.com under the Super Valle Sagrado VIP brand is run by Enjoy Peru Holidays EIRL, RUC 20600007204, registered at Av. Tullumayo 111-B, Cusco, Peru, licensed by GERCETUR Cusco No. 221-2024 and authorised by Peru's Ministry of Culture under AG2164. Contact: info@enjoyperuholidays.com · WhatsApp +51 994 822 637 · Tel. +51 84 384430.
2. What you book
When you book, you're buying a seat on one of the four published departures: Super Sacred Valley or Traditional Sacred Valley, each either back to Cusco or ending in Ollantaytambo. The service includes pickup at a hotel, Airbnb or meeting point in central Cusco, tourist transport, a certified guide in English and Spanish, a buffet lunch at the chosen restaurant, transfers between the sites on the route and a first-aid kit. The group is shared, with a maximum of 17–18 travellers. The published routes, times and visit lengths are the usual ones and may vary slightly due to traffic, weather or rules set by the site authorities.
3. Price and payment
Prices are in US dollars, per person, and include lunch at Rustica; supplements for 14 Inkas, Don Ángel and Tunupa are shown on each booking page. Payment is by card through the WeTravel gateway, and the booking is confirmed by the email it sends. The price you paid is your booking's price; published prices may be updated for future bookings and carry an update date. Private tours are quoted and agreed on WhatsApp.
4. Entrance fees
No entrance fee is included. The Boleto Turístico for the sites on each route and, on the Super routes, the Maras Salt Mines entrance charged by the community are paid separately, in cash in soles on the day of the tour or added when booking, depending on the option. Their amounts are set by third parties and may change without notice.
5. Pickup and end of the tour
Pickup starts at 06:20 (Super Sacred Valley) or 07:20 (Traditional), and the exact time for your accommodation is sent on WhatsApp the night before; it may vary by 10 to 15 minutes depending on the area. Travellers must be at the agreed point at the stated time; the vehicle waits a few minutes and cannot hold up the group. Return departures end at a point in Cusco's historic centre, not at each accommodation; departures ending in Ollantaytambo finish there at 15:30 and don't include a return.
6. Changes
Date changes are accepted free of charge, with at least 48 hours' notice and space available. Changes of departure or lunch are handled on WhatsApp, adjusting the price difference. The operator may change the order of the stops or replace the restaurant with another of equivalent category when an outside cause requires it, without this giving the right to a refund.
7. Cancellation
By the traveller: 70 % refund with 30 days' notice or more; 50 % with less than 72 hours; 30 % with less than 48 hours; no refund with less than 24 hours or a no-show. For weather or force majeure: rescheduling or a refund. Refunds are processed through WeTravel to the original method. Groups of 4 or more and private tours, case by case. The details are in the cancellation policy.
8. Traveller obligations
Bring ID or a passport, the booking receipt, soles in cash for entrance fees and what you need for a day at altitude (water, sunscreen, a warm layer). Tell us when booking about special needs, reduced mobility or travelling with minors. Follow the guide's instructions at the archaeological sites and respect each site's rules. Travellers are responsible for their own travel insurance and their train or flight connections.
9. Liability
Enjoy Peru Holidays EIRL is responsible for providing the contracted service with the permits and insurance required by Peruvian law for tourist transport. It is not liable for damage or delays caused by force majeure, unforeseeable events, third parties, road closures, strikes or decisions by site authorities, nor for the loss of services the traveller has contracted with third parties. Train time recommendations are a guide; the traveller buys the ticket from the railway company.
10. Applicable law and complaints
