Our privacy policy

1. Data controller

Enjoy Peru Holidays EIRL, RUC 20600007204, Av. Tullumayo 111-B, Cusco, Peru, email info@enjoyperuholidays.com, owner of the Super Valle Sagrado VIP brand and the vallesagradovipcusco.com website. We process your data in accordance with Peru's Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733 and its regulations.

2. What data we collect

The data you give us when booking with WeTravel or writing to us on WhatsApp or by email: full name, email, phone, nationality or ID where an archaeological site requires it, accommodation in Cusco for pickup, tour date, number and ages of travellers and lunch preference. Payment data is collected and processed by WeTravel; this site doesn't receive or store it.

3. What we use it for

To manage your booking and run the tour: confirming space, coordinating the pickup time the night before, informing the guide, driver and restaurant, handling changes, cancellations and refunds, answering your questions and meeting legal, accounting and tax obligations. We don't send advertising without your express consent.

4. Who else processes your data

WeTravel (payment gateway and booking confirmation), WhatsApp (messaging), the lunch restaurant (number of diners and any dietary restrictions you tell us) and, on high-demand days, the licensed partner operator in Cusco supporting the departure under our coordination (name, accommodation and pickup time). Each processes the data under its own policy. We don't sell or share data for purposes unrelated to the service.

5. Cookies and analytics

This version of the site doesn't install analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are served from our own server. If we add an analytics tool, we'll update this policy and explain how to manage consent. Links to WeTravel, WhatsApp and the map on the contact page open third-party services with their own policies.

6. How long we keep it

Booking data, for as long as the service is provided and as needed to handle complaints; after that, as long as Peruvian accounting and tax rules require. WhatsApp conversations are kept to follow up on the booking and deleted when no longer needed.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@enjoyperuholidays.com with your name and booking number. We reply within the legal time limits. If you feel we haven't dealt with your request, you can contact Peru's National Personal Data Protection Authority.

8. Security and changes

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we handle and limit access to the staff who run your booking. This policy has been in force since October 2026; any change is published on this page with its date.
