How we work
One operator, one guide, one group
Each departure has a certified bilingual guide, English and Spanish, for a group of 17–18 travellers at most. The vehicle collects from hotels and Airbnbs in the historic centre from 06:20 or 07:20 and returns to the centre at 18:30 or 19:00; we say it plainly because we'd rather you know before booking. On high-demand days we add vehicles and guides from licensed partner operators in Cusco, always under our coordination. If you're a journalist or creator, you'll find the details to cite us in creators and press.
What we don't do
No invented reviews, no surprise prices
We don't copy reviews from other sites or publish ratings we can't link to: we show the operator's TripAdvisor rating and each departure's number of reviews. The price you see is what you pay for the tour; entrance fees are extra and we say so on every page. If something isn't included, it's written down.
