Where to wait
In the lobby. The driver or guide will ask for your name; keep your confirmation handy on your phone.
At the street door, not inside the building. If your street is pedestrian-only, we'll tell you on WhatsApp the nearest corner the vehicle can reach. The night before, check what to bring on the tour.
For accommodation outside the historic centre's pickup zones, we assign a nearby meeting point and confirm it the night before along with the time.
The published time (06:20 or 07:20) is when the pickup round starts. Because the bus collects at several hotels in the centre, your time may fall 10 to 15 minutes earlier or later; the night-before message gives you yours. If you don't see the vehicle at that time, stay where you are and write to WhatsApp +51 994 822 637, available 24 hours.
The return is not to your hotel. On the two return departures, the tour ends at a point in Cusco's historic centre at 18:30 (Traditional) or 19:00 (Super Sacred Valley). From there each traveller goes back to their accommodation on foot or by taxi.
Minute by minute
These are the usual travel and visit times. The order may change slightly with traffic or weather; departure time, lunch and end time don't. If you'd rather go on your own, see how to get to the Sacred Valley from Cusco, leg by leg.

The departures ending in Ollantaytambo follow the same table until 14:15 and finish there at 15:30: the Super skips Pisac and the Traditional skips Chinchero.
The base time is 06:20 for the Super Sacred Valley and 07:20 for the Traditional. We send the exact time for your accommodation on WhatsApp the night before; it may vary by 10 to 15 minutes because the bus collects at several hotels in the centre.
In the lobby or at the door of your hotel or Airbnb, ready a few minutes early. If your accommodation is outside the historic centre's pickup zones, we'll give you a nearby meeting point.
Wait at the agreed spot and message us on WhatsApp at +51 994 822 637; we answer 24 hours a day and tell you where the vehicle is. Don't move to another spot without confirming with us.
The Traditional Sacred Valley back to Cusco takes 10 to 11 hours; the Super Sacred Valley back to Cusco, 11 to 12. The two departures ending in Ollantaytambo take 8 and 9 hours and finish at 15:30.
At 18:30 for the Traditional and 19:00 for the Super Sacred Valley, at a point in Cusco's historic centre. We don't drop each traveller at their hotel: from there you walk or take a taxi.
The two departures ending in Ollantaytambo finish at 15:30, a few minutes' walk from the station, in time for the 16:36 Inca Rail or the 19:00 Peru Rail to Aguas Calientes. You can also stay the night in the valley.
Slightly, because of traffic or weather. The times we publish are the usual ones; what doesn't change is the departure time, the included lunch, or where and when the tour ends.
Book the Super Sacred Valley online or message us on WhatsApp for any of the four departures.
